Cherry Garcia Nice Cream with Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium

Craving something sweet, creamy, and nostalgic—but still light and nourishing? This Cherry-Garcia inspired nice cream is a healthier twist on the classic ice cream flavor, blending frozen fruit with dark chocolate for that perfect balance of tart, sweet, and indulgent.

The best part? A scoop of our Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium adds a subtle boost to support rest, recovery, and relaxation. Dessert that helps you unwind? Yes, please.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen tart cherries
  • ¼–½ teaspoon Wooden Spoon Herbs Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chunks, roughly chopped
  • Optional sweetener: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

Directions

1. Freeze your bananas.
Slice ripe bananas and freeze until solid (overnight is best).

2. Blend it up.
Combine frozen bananas, tart cherries, almond milk, vanilla, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, like soft-serve.

3. Add in the magic.
Sprinkle in ¼–½ teaspoon Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium and blend briefly to mix.

4. Taste + sweeten.
Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey if you’d like.

5. Fold in the chocolate.
Stir in chocolate chunks to keep their crunch.

6. Serve your way.
Enjoy right away for soft-serve, or freeze for 30–45 minutes for a firmer scoop.
